We have continued success in representing our clients’ position, providing defense on all tax controversy issues and, if warranted, negotiate a settlement with IRS.
Tax Court Representation
If negotiation with IRS is futile or unwarranted, we prepare all tax court filings and appear before the Tax Court on behalf of our clients.
Affordable Care Act
The Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, is enforced through the tax code.
We educate our business clients on how to abide by the terms of the new law.
